NEW Regional Roundtables

New for the Discover the Future national conference is a Regional Roundtable session. Take advantage of this opportunity to network with and engage in meaningful discussion with colleagues from your region. Discussions, led by NACCTEP Board members for each region, will take place in the Grand Ballroom, Saturday, March 14, 2009, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Please bring ideas, events, and business cards to share with others in your region.

Cosmic Science - Pre-Conference

Come Join us for Cosmic Science - The 2009 Faculty Institutes in Earth and Space Science At the 2009 NACCTEP Pre Conference on March 12-13, 2009, at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada

A workshop for community college faculty who work with pre-service teacher education students. NASA Earth and space scientists and educators will share Earth and space science activities, data, and resources related to key science topics from the national science standards.

The NACCTEP national conference, Discover the Future of Community College Teacher Education Programs, will start immediately following this workshop.
