Conference Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of registration prior to February 17, 2011, will incur a $50 processing charge per registration. Cancellation of registration after February 17, 2011, will incur a $150 processing charge per registration. There will be no refunds for cancellations after February 22, 2011. Please call NACCTEP at 480.731.8760 to request a cancellation form. A person from the same organization may substitute at no additional cost. No-show registrants will not be refunded. Your Registration fee does NOT include membership in NACCTEP. To receive the member discount, you must be listed with NACCTEP as either an individual or institutional member.
