Philadelphia Marriott Downtown

The NACCTEP Conference hotel is located in Center City Philadelphia, near the Philadelphia City Hall, Pennsylvania Convention Center, and downtown dining, shopping, and cultural attractions. Historic sites are eight blocks, or three quarters of a mile, away.


CUT-OFF DATE
The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations in the conference block is Friday, February 10, 2012. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate based on availability. The hotel will allow name changes without penalty.


RATE
The conference room rate for a single or double room is $199. When making your reservation, remember to mention the Innovations Conference to receive the discounted rate. This special rate at Philadelphia Marriott Downtown will be offered three days prior and three days after the conference dates of March 2 – March 4, 2012, subject to availability of rooms at time of reservation. There are a limited number of guestrooms available at the discounted conference rate. Be sure to book your hotel reservation by Friday, February 10, 2012. After this date the conference rate will no longer be available.


STATE AND LOCAL TAXES
The room rate is quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (currently 15.2%) in effect at the time of check in.


ROOM DEPOSIT
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Any reservation canceled within 48 hours of the arrival date, will be charged for one night’s room and tax.
